I often wonder if I think drinking coffee is like sleeping with the devil. People are surprised when I say no to them, and that coffee can be part of healthy living - no need to mess around with your sleep. There are many benefits that accompany a cup of coffee, and now we have one more reason to be added to the list: to reduce the risk of stroke in women.

The new study just published shows that four or more cups of coffee a day may reduce the risk of stroke by 20 percent in women.
